Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Colombo

  • Morning: Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport. Transfer to your hotel in Colombo and rest after your journey.
  • Afternoon: Explore Colombo’s highlights including the Gangaramaya Temple, Independence Square, and Galle Face Green.
  • Evening: Relax at your hotel or enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: Colombo to Sigiriya

  • Morning: Drive to Sigiriya, passing through lush countryside and charming villages.
  • Afternoon: Climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and admire the frescoes and gardens.
  • Evening: Check in at your hotel in Sigiriya and relax.

Day 3: Sigiriya to Polonnaruwa and Minneriya National Park

  • Morning: Explore the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, another UNESCO site, where you’ll see stunning temples, statues, and ruins.
  • Afternoon: Head to Minneriya National Park for a wildlife safari, famous for its large herds of elephants.
  • Evening: Return to Sigiriya for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Sigiriya to Kandy via Dambulla

Day 5: Kandy City Tour
